　　歌曲介紹

　　是由保羅西蒙（Paul Simon）和阿特加芬克爾（Art Garfunkel）創作并最早演唱的，主唱是保羅西蒙，合音是加豐科。

　　這首歌的來歷： Scarborough Fair原是一首古老的蘇格蘭民間謎歌（riddle song），所謂“riddle song”是指那些民間流傳廣泛，但是不知道作者是誰的歌曲，而且由于人們的相互傳唱，本來的曲調已經改變了很多。后來英國民歌手馬汀·卡西（Martin Carthy）在原歌的基礎上加進了自己的再創造（尤其是里面那優美的吉它伴奏），把它變成了一首非常優美的愛情歌曲。保羅曾于64－65年期間在英國度假，并經常出沒于英國民謠圈演唱，學會這首歌后，重新譜寫了詞曲。

　　Scarborough Fair這首歌第一次為我們所知應該是作為美國電影《畢業生》（The Graduate）的插曲出現的。這部電影是當時美國大學生很喜歡的電影，這首歌曲和那首The Sound of Silence（寂靜之聲）也都是頗受歡迎的。其實，西蒙和加芬克爾的唱片專輯“Parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme”是在1966年底問世的。電影《畢業生》是1967年上映的，吸納了其中兩首作為插曲。
