　　全國社會保障基金理事會6月5日宣布，經國務院批準，全國社�；�金可將不超過總資產10%的資金用于投資產業基金和股權投資基金。國務院于4月份批準了上述決定，10%的投資比例由財政部、人力資源與社會保障部同意后確定。

　　Chinas national pension fund has been approved by the countrys State Council to invest in industry funds and private equity funds, the National Council for Social Security Fund (NSSF) said Thursday.

　　本周四，全國社會保障基金理事宣布，全國社�；�金可投資于產業基金和私募股權投資基金。

　　The pension fund could invest both in industry funds approved by the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and market-oriented equity funds filed with the NDRC, the NSSF said in a statement posted on its website.

　　全國社會保障基金理事會在其網站聲明中表示，社�；�金可以投資于國家發改委批準的產業基金以及在國家發改委備案的市場股權投資基金。

　　上述報道中，pension fund就是“社會保險基金”，industry fund是“產業基金”，指的是一種向特定投資者（通常是機構投資者）以私募方式籌集資金，主要對未上市企業進行股權投資的集合投資方式。private equity fund是“私募股權投資基金”，是指通過私募形式對非上市企業進行權益性投資，投資者按照其出資份額分享投資收益，承擔投資風險。
